Recipes

Skyy-Walker

Glass: Highball
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Blackberry & Mint Sprig

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Skyy Vodka
  • 1 oz Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup*
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 3 Large Blackberries
  • Club Soda
Instructions:
  1. Add simple syrup and mint to a mixing tin and lightly muddle.
  2. Add blackberries & muddle.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except club soda to the tin along with ice. Shake!
  4. Double-strain into a rocks filled highball glass.
  5. Top with club soda & garnish

Simple Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Water
  • 1 part Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Combine water & sugar in a sauce pan.
  2. Heat & stir until dissolved, then chill.

Garnish: Matcha Powder

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Galliano L'Autentico
  • 1 oz Coconut Milk*
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Jasmine Rice Syrup*
  • 1/8 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 oz Albumin*
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a pinch of matcha powder.

Coconut Milk:

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
  • 2-1/2 oz Water
Instructions:
  1. Soak shredded coconut in water for 1 hour, then blend.
  2. Strain through a nut milk bag.

Jasmine Rice Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and let set for an hours so soften rice. Blend!
  2. Strain using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.

Albumin:

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Albumin Powder
  • 3/4 cup Water
Instructions:
  1. Combine ingredients and use an immersion blender to mix.

Java The Hutt > Boba Fernet

Garnish: Coffee Beans

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Kraken Overproof Spiced Black Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 1 oz Dark Side Java
  • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
  • 1 Egg White
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a coupe.

Cinnamon Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks, broken into pieces
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredient in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely, at least 20 minutes.
  3. Strain & bottle.

Tai Fighter > Bantha Milk

Glass: Rounded Double Rocks
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint Sprig & Straw

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Appleton Signature Blend Jamaican Rum
  • 1/2 oz Clement Rhum Agricole Blanc
  • 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • 1/2 oz Blue Milk Orgeat*
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup*
  • 3/4 oz Lime
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice & garnish.

Blue Milk Orgeat:

Ingredients:
  • 1 pint Orgeat*
  • 160 drops Watkins All Natrual Food Coloring, Blue
Instructions:
  1. Add food coloring to orgeat and shake.

Orgeat:

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs. Almonds, Sliced
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Orange Flower Water
  • 1/4 oz Alcohol (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Place almonds in a blender or food processor and add just enough water to cover them. Blend!
  2. Strain through a nut bag or cheese cloth. Or, if you have one, you can do it the easy way like I do and run the mixture though a juicer.
  3. Measure the amount of almond milk you end up with and add an equal amount of sugar. Mix or heat to dissolve.
  4. Add orange flower water. Optionally you can add a little booze as a preservative. Personally, i put in 1/4 oz of brandy.

Simple Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Water
  • 1 part Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Combine water & sugar in a sauce pan.
  2. Heat & stir until dissolved, then chill.

Obi-Wan Negroni

Glass: Martini
Ice: None
Garnish: Orange Pinwheel

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Dry Shake!
  2. Add ice. Shake!
  3. Strain and garnish.

Storm-Trooper

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Large Cube
Garnish: Bourbon Cherries

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Jim Beam Pre-Prohibition Rye
  • 1/2 oz Islay Storm Single Malt
  • 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 1/4 oz Trooper Ale Syrup*
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir!
  2. Strain into a glass & garnish.

Trooper Ale Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • Iron Maiden Trooper Ale
  • Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Add equal parts (by volume) and shake to combine and remove carbonation. Do not heat!

Wookiees & Cream

Glass: Shot
Ice: No
Garnish: None

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Jameson
  • 1/2 part St. Brendan's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 part Crème do Cacao
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
