Rum Like An Antelope > Bathtub Gin

Glass: Coupe
Ice: No
Garnish: Frozen Pineapple Cubes (3)

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Antelope Island Rum (White Rum)
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/3 oz Spiced Plantain Syrup*
  • 1 barspoon Bathtub Gin Coconut Rum Pineapple Jam
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a coup & garnish.

Spiced Plantain Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 2 Ripe Plantains (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 cups water
  • Sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 star anise
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except sugar in a sauce pan and simmer for a bit.
  2. Strain out solids.
  3. Measure the remaining liquid and add an equal amount of sugar.

Garnish: Pickled Okra

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Sleeping Monkey Pepper Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir!
  2. Strain into a martini glass & garnish.

Runaway Gin > Punch You In The Eye

Glass: Champagne Flute
Ice: No
Garnish: Fruit Scewer

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Devil's Bathtub Gin
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 2-1/2 oz Punch U.N.D.I.*
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Lemon Ice
  • Procescco Topper
Instructions:
  1. Combine gin, Aperol, Punch, and orange bitters in a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Drop in lemon ice, top with Prosecco, & garnish.

Punch U.N.D.I.:

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Carrot/Orange Juice
  • 1 part Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 part Lime Juice
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.

Mexican Causin > Mango Song

Glass: Margarita
Ice: No
Garnish: None

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1-1/2 oz Mango Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup*
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a margarita glass rimmed with Chili/Cayenne/Salt Mix*.

Chili/Cayenne/Salt Mix:

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Chili Powder
  • 1/2 part Salt
  • 1/8 part Ground Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients.

Simple Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Water
  • 1 part Sugar
Instructions:
  1. Combine water & sugar in a sauce pan.
  2. Heat & stir until dissolved, then chill.

Reba > Foam > Gotta Jibbooze

Glass: Coupe
Ice: No
Garnish: Coffee Grounds & Gummy Worm

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz Chilled Espresso
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Milk*
  • 3/4 oz Orgeat*
  • 1 Egg White
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing tin & dry shake.
  2. Add ice. Shake!
  3. Strain into a coupe & sprinkle the foam lightly with coffee grounds.

Coconut Milk:

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
  • 2-1/2 oz Water
Instructions:
  1. Soak shredded coconut in water for 1 hour, then blend.
  2. Strain through a nut milk bag.

Orgeat:

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs. Almonds, Sliced
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Orange Flower Water
  • 1/4 oz Alcohol (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Place almonds in a blender or food processor and add just enough water to cover them. Blend!
  2. Strain through a nut bag or cheese cloth. Or, if you have one, you can do it the easy way like I do and run the mixture though a juicer.
  3. Measure the amount of almond milk you end up with and add an equal amount of sugar. Mix or heat to dissolve.
  4. Add orange flower water. Optionally you can add a little booze as a preservative. Personally, i put in 1/4 oz of brandy.

Scent Of A Mule > Guyute

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Candied Ginger

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Pig's Nose Scotch
  • 1/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing tine with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain into a rocks filled rocks glass.
  3. Top with ginger beer & garnish.

Snapple In A Jar

Glass: Shot
Ice: no
Garnish: none

Ingredients:
  • 3 part Snapple Apple
  • 1 part Vodka
  • 1/2 part Spiced Apple Syrup*
  • 1/2 part Lime Juice
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.

Spiced Apple Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 4 Allspice Berries
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan & simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain & chill.
