A milk washed punch made with Southern Comfort and Licor 43. Served with your choice of bitters and an optional float of Duncan Taylor scotch.

Your Choice Of Bitters: Cranberry, Ginger, Cardamom, Rhubarb, or Orange

Glass: Highball
Ice: Clear Spear
Garnish: Cucumber Swirl & Parsley Sprig

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Esme Gin
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz Cucumber Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Scarborough Fair Syrup*
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain and garnish.

Scarborough Fair Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 12 Parsley Leaves
  • 6 Sage Leaves
  • 6 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 4 Thyme Sprigs
Instructions:
  1. Heat water and dissolve sugar.
  2. Add syrup and herbs to a mason jar.
  3. Sous Vide infuse for 4 hours.
  4. Strain & bottle.

Under African Skies > Espresso Train

Glass: Coupe
Ice: None
Garnish: Nutmeg

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Bain's Cape Mountain Single Grain Whisky
  • 1.5 oz Amarula Marula Fruit Cream Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Kaldi's Ethiopia Naga Singage Espresso (chilled)
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain & garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

Glass: Mini Red Wine
Ice: None
Garnish: TBD

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Negori Sake
  • 3/4 oz Wheatgrass Juice*
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 8 drops Celery Bitters
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Fine strain into the glass.

Wheatgrass Juice:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Wheatgrass Juice Powder
Instructions:
  1. Combine ingredients and stir until combined.

Me and Julio > The Vampires

Glass: Coupe
Ice: None
Garnish: Angostura Swirl

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Don Julio Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 oz Amber Agave Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Double strain into the glass.
  3. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters and swirl with a toothpick.

Glass: Tiki
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Grated Tonka Bean & Mint Sprig

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Bones Rum
  • 1 oz Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • 1/2 oz Big Heart Tea Co. Fake Coffee
  • 1/2 oz Housemade Tonka Bean Syrup*
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake!
  2. Strain & garnish.

Tonka Bean Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 Tonka Beans
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until hot and smooth.
  2. Cool & bottle.

Comfort & Joy > 43 Ways to Leave Your Lover > Duncan

Glass: Snifter
Ice: Yes
Garnish: None

Ingredients:
  • SoCo 43 Clarified Milk Punch*
  • Bitters
  • Duncan Taylor Scotch (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Fill a snifter glass with ice and add punch to fill.
  2. Add choice of Cranberry, Ginger, Cardamom, Rhubarb, or Orange Bitters and stir to combine.
  3. Optionally float a small amount of Duncan Taylor scotch.

SoCo 43 Clarified Milk Punch:

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Southern Comfort 80
  • 3/4 cup Licor 43
  • 1 cup Black Tea
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except the milk and stir to combine.
  2. Pour mixture into a container with the whole milk and stir.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours, occasionally swirling the mixture to reincorporate the curds.
  4. Strain out the curds using a coffee filter lined strainer.
